The Columbus Junction volleyball team will look to improve upon their 8-27 record last year.

The Wildcats do return some top players, including their top two attackers in Kelsey Pretz and Laura Mincks, with Pretz leading the team with 130 kills, and Mincks with 76. They will have to replace their top setter in Brooklyn Milder, but Kortney Orr is down the line with 28 assists from last year, while defensively the digs are spread fairly evenly throughout the team.

Columbus will go to two tournaments early in the season, with one at WACO to start the season on August 25 and another at Wapello September 2nd. They will start conference play against Mediapolis September 4th, host Wapello on September 11th, play the conference tournament on September 25th and 27th, and wrap up the regular season on October 14th against Pekin.
