A Washington Community School District principal has been named one of the best in Iowa. Superintendent Dr. Mike Jorgensen announced Dave Hoffman, principal at Lincoln Elementary, was selected as a finalist for Elementary Principal of the Year at the state School Administrators of Iowa conference Wednesday morning. Hoffman is one of five finalists considered.
