Due to weather delays yesterday, KCII Radio’s new FM translator is being installed today. Crews are making adjustments to the tower and new equipment, so AM 1380 will be at low power much of the day and off intermittently. The new equipment will allow KCII to broadcast on FM 102.5. Chief Operating Officer Michael Suhr states programming on FM 102.5 will be the same as FM 106.1 for the time being with the exception of Friday nights with football broadcasts. Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks football will be broadcast live on FM 102.5 while the Washington Demons will remain on FM 106.1, also both teams will now have live streams online on KCII Radio dot com.
