The Keota volleyball team will have a switch at the head coach position this year, as former head coach Dan Stout has handed the program over to Brandi Cave.

Keota finished 15-9 last year, and bring back quite a few players for their senior year. Madison Sheetz was their leading attacker last year and comes back with her 242 kills, while No. 3 attacker Maggie Baker also returns with her 92 kills.

Abby Schulte returns as the setter with her team leading 479 assists last year, and four of the top five players in digs, including the No. 1 player in Brooke Siren and No. 2 player in Callie Greiner, both return to the squad.

Keota will start a little later than most teams, with their first game on September 11th against Lynnville-Sully. They won’t see Sigourney until October 6th, and their final game will be on October 13th on the road against HLV.
