Celebration of life services for 83-year-old Marvin L. Brown of Washington will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday (8/7) at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Interment with military honors conducted by Washington American Legion Post 29 will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established for Paws and More Animal Shelter.
