The trial of a man accused of stabbing a woman has been transferred to district court. Twenty-five-year-old Thomas Edward Gollaher is charged with first degree burglary in connection with the stabbing incident last week in Keota. He had his preliminary hearing on Monday. Gollaher was identified by the victim, who was found in the 200 block of North Green Street with a single knife wound to her chest. Keokuk County Attorney John Schroeder is prosecuting the case. He says more charges are possible as the investigation continues.
