Two property owners in Riverside have until Friday to submit a plan to the city. The two dwellings have been deemed blighted by city officials. According to City Administrator Rusty Rogerson, they don’t believe anyone is living in the double wide mobile home and the two story house in question. He says the owners have until the 15th to come up with a plan to either repair or demolish the homes.

The city council didn’t establish a penalty for failing to comply at their last meeting, but the letters do warn that further action will be taken.
