Volunteers are needed for an event the City of Riverside is holding next weekend. The River Palooza is being held in Hall Park on the 16th from 9am to midnight. Plans include live music throughout the day, barrel races and a rodeo.
Riverside City Clerk Lory Young says they’re looking for volunteers to assist with set-up and teardown, the beer tent and supervising kids activities. If you’re able to help out, call city hall.
Proceeds from next Saturday’s celebration will go towards the proposed community center.
