Memorial services for 85-year-old Simon Lowe of Washington will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (8/22) at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington with military honors conducted by Washington American Legion Post 29. A general memorial has been established. Jones and Eden Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
