Regional Utility Service Systems and Lee County representatives will meet with the Washington County Board of Supervisors tomorrow night. The meeting concerns a septic project in the Mooar Powdertown area of Lee County, which is near Keokuk. For RUSS to move forward with the community project by issuing bonds every county involved in RUSS has to have a resolution approved by its board of supervisors. The session will regard the bonds and options for the project. Tomorrow’s work session begins at 6 p.m. at the Washington County Courthouse.
