A special award from Threads Magazine was presented to Washington 4-H’er Addison Gaal at the Iowa State Fair. The Washington Hustlers 4-H club member received the special award for her outstanding sewing ability on her gray pants 4-H project. Gaal was one of 12 to receive the recognition. Amy Green, Washington County 4-H and Youth Coordinator states Washington County sent 57 non-livestock projects to the state fair this year.
