Celebration of life services for 91-year-old Beulah E. Walton of Wellman will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (9/24) at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be tomorrow (9/23) from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home. Memorials are for the Washington County Hospice.
