A rural Wayland couple is inviting the public to visit their farm. Owners of Apple Blossom Alpaca Farm, Brian and Marianne Pattyson, are once again holding their Alpaca Days, where anyone interested can stop by and interact with their alpacas. Hours are from 1 to 4p.m. today and tomorrow. Marianne says owning an alpaca as a pet may be a viable option for some. She explains feeding one costs around $50 a year, an acre is enough space for ten of them and alpaca fleece is hypoallergenic.  The farm is located a half mile north of WACO High School at 1009 Dakota Avenue.
