Celebration of life services for 73-year-old Dr. William “Bill” Westphal of Washington will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday (9/5) at the United Methodist Church. Calling hours will begin at noon tomorrow (9/4) at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County, the United Methodist Church or the Washington Golf and Country Club.
