A memorial visitation for 65-year-old Kenneth Lowell Smith of Washington will be held Wednesday (9/10) from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home. Interment will be private. A general memorial has been established. Jones & Eden Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
