A new home for Washington County Public Health will be sought with official support from the Washington County Board of Supervisors. Yesterday the supervisors approved a motion to support the capital improvements project by committing $100,000 funds to the project. The $100,000 comes from a one-time Medicaid reimbursement from the state. Supervisor Jack Seward state the project has been discussed for years as the department has been in temporary locations for the past nine years.
