Three people were arrested in Salem Tuesday evening on drug related charges. At 6 p.m., the Henry County Sheriff’s Office in a joint narcotics investigation with Mount Pleasant Police searched a home located at 406 South Main Street in response to the illegal synthetic drugs being sold at the residence. A meth lab and other controlled substances were discovered during the search.

As a result, officers arrested 41-year-old Tina Ball for manufacturing methamphetamine, a class b felony. She also faces aggravated misdemeanor charges for delivery of bath salts and child endangerment. Two others living at the home also face charges. Twenty-year-old Cheyenne Ball is in custody for conspiracy to deliver synthetic drugs and two counts of child endangerment for the condition of the residence and selling drugs. Twenty-year-old Dillen Eaves, who is on probation for multiple felony offenses, was arrested for delivery and conspiracy to deliver bath salts.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa Department of Corrections High Risk Unit and the Iowa State Patrol.
