The WACO football team took a loss to BGM last night after taking a lead into the halftime break.

The Warriors struck first with a 66 yard touchdown pass from Braden Blake to Bryce Achen in the first to make it 8-0 after the two point conversion, but BGM answered with a four yard run and a PAT to make it 8-7 after one.

BGM took the lead early in the second to make it 14-8 off a five yard run, but WACO retook the lead off of a Tucker Janecek 24 yard run to make it 16-14, and increased that lead off of a Blake 15 yard run to make it 22-14. BGM scored once more before the end of the half to make it 22-20 WACO.

BGM took over the game in the second half, scoring the only points in the third quarter off of a four yard run to make it 28-22, and then scoring three times in the fourth of 19 and 20 yard touchdown passes to make it 42-22 and then a 15 yard tun to make it 48-22.

WACO falls to 0-2 on the seaosn and takes on New London next.
