The  (4-5) Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks start their playoff push tonight against the  (8-1) Albia Blue Demons.

The Golden Hawks are entering the post season coming off a heart breaking lose to Mediapolis, but did well enough to make the post season. This is for sure not an unfamiliar opponent as Albia knocked Mid Prairie out of the playoffs in the second round last year.

The blue demons is  second in their district in overall record winning eight of their nine games. They are led by their running game with over twenty eight hundred yards rushing and forty two touchdowns.
