Families, groups, individuals and congregations are invited to take part in an event to help feed those in need. Washington’s annual Crop Walk is being held tomorrow afternoon. Pastor Harald Gruber with Faith Baptist Church explains the event helps raise money for food with people walking along the Kewash Trail. Also, the event coincides with assembling food packets for Kids Against Hunger. Gruber states about 30,000 meals were packaged last year. The Crop Walk begins at 2:30 tomorrow at St. James Catholic Church in Washington and food packaging starts at 4 p.m.
