While many area high school students consider what path to take after graduation, many financial aid questions arise. According to U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley, student borrowers who graduate today have an average of about $30,000 in debt burden.

A financial aid presentation will be held at Washington High School covering the financial aid process, FAFSA application review, understanding costs of colleges and comparisons, the scholarship process and where to go for help. The Iowa College Access Network will make the free presentation for seniors and their parents on Tuesday, December 9th, at 6 p.m. at the Washington High School.
