The Iowa Mennonite School boys basketball team will have their first game of the year this Tuesday, as they travel to Wapello. Head coach Dwight Gingerich says it will be a challenge to start the season with a road game against this team, “Based on how things have been with Wapello in the past you have to come ready to play. They’ve got a good and active crowd that will be into the game. It’s a great challenge for us, going on the road to Wapello and play. IMS did pull out a victory last year at Wapello winning with a score of 53-38. The game will be played Tuesday, at 7:30 p.m.
