Celebration of Life Service for 94-year-old Colleen Vail of Sigourney will be 10:30 am Saturday, December 27th at the Sigourney United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Garrett Cemetery near Delta. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, December 26th at the Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney. A general memorial fund has been established.
