A budget amendment, sewer rehabilitation, and setting strategic priorities for 2015 and 2016 will be discussed and considered at tonight’s Washington City Council meeting. A public hearing on amending the fiscal year 2015 budget regarding public works and capital projects will be held. The current amendment is for $5.1 million for revenues and other sources, and $6.4 million in expenditures or transfers out.

Strategic priorities to be considered are completing the downtown revitalization project, a hotel/motel tax referendum, LED conversion for the traffic signals and more. For the complete proposed resolution click here (see page 66).
