The Highland and Louisa-Muscatine girl’s, basketball teams played in a Southeast Iowa Super Conference game Tuesday night at Letts. Highland captured the win against L-M, 49-34. Highland got out to a fast start in the first two quarters making the score 25-14 by halftime. The Huskies dominated the third quarter defensively only giving up three points.

Sophomore Kelsey Hora led the Huskies with 18 points on the night, while Cheyann Adamson had 11 points and Chelsey Lampe had 10.

Highland moves to 2-0 on the season and will be playing their first home game of the season Friday against Wapello.

L-M goes 0-3 and will stay at home Friday as they host Pekin.
