The Iowa Mennonite School boys’ basketball team (4-1 overall) looks to return to winning form tomorrow evening after suffering their first loss of the season.  IMS fell in a 43-36 setback against Louisa-Muscatine in Letts.  A contributing factor to the loss was due to IMS’s offensive woes in the middle quarters, scoring a combined seven points in the second and third quarters.

IMS returns to action tomorrow evening in Packwood against Southeast Iowa Super Conference opponent Pekin (2-3 overall). After losing back to back games to begin the season, the Panthers have won two of their recent three games including a 67-49 contest Tuesday against Mediapolis.

A girls’ and boys’ doubleheader tips off at 6 p.m. Friday at Pekin High School.
