Mid-Prairie School District is moving forward with the Middle School addition being financed by a bond issue approved by voters in April. According to Superintendent Mark Schneider, construction documents for the project are nearly complete.
The 2,600 square foot addition will provide much needed space for the district’s home school assistance program. The addition will house the program’s resource library and office space for the teachers that provide support and guidance to parents homeschooling their children.
Schneider says late January is the earliest the project would be put out for bid.
