Overland Property Group, the development group working to build an apartment complex with 32 low- to moderate-income apartments, is giving a presentation at tonight’s Washington City Council meeting in regards to their proposed new site. The $5.8 million project was originally planned to be off of West Monroe Street, but due to regulations has to move to another site. Overland Property Group proposed it be constructed at West Tyler and South Avenue E, near the high school. Last month the city council approved moving the project.

Also on tonight’s agenda is a nusiance enforcement update, discussion on in-home child care regulation and the third reading of rental housing regulatory and inspection program. Tonight’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. in council chambers
