Small amounts of rain and snow are in the weather forecast for Southeast Iowa today and tomorrow. Under half an inch of snow is predicted. Christmas Day temperatures are expected to reach the low 40’s with partly sunny skies.

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures so far this month have been about five degrees above normal, with the average temperature at about 31 degrees Fahrenheit. The normal snowfall for the first 22 days of December measures at just under four inches, however this December has lacked flurries for Washington.
