Iowa Mennonite School boys’ basketball team is 13 games into their season and currently stands with a record of 8-5. IMS had a slew of games recently playing five games in 10 days going 4-1 during that stretch.
The offense has been steady for IMS as they average 56.7 points per game. They are led on offense by junior Eli Gingerich who averages 15.6 points per game,shooting 49.2 percent from the field and is 89.1 percent from the charity stripe.
IMS will go to Columbus Community (1-10) tomorrow to take on the Wildcats. IMS has already beaten Columbus Community once this year winning with a score 59-27. Columbus has only one win in the season and is averaging 40.4 points per game.
