The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk Girls’ and Boys’ basketball team will be heading north for a Riverside Conference showdown with Durant.
Mid-Prairie girls are currently on a seven game winning streak on offense scoring 51.5 points per game and giving up just 38.5 points per game on defense. Their streak started earlier in the month when they beat Durant at home 47-42.
Mid-Prairie boys are looking to get their second win of the season against Durant. Mid-Prairie had their worst defensive performance against the Wildcats giving up a season high 89 points. Mid-Prairie currently on offense score an average of 39.5 points per game. Durant comes into this matchup losing five in a row.
The double header begins at 6:30 p.m. starting with the boys game, at Durant High School.
