The Mid-Prairie girls basketball team will look to extend their winning streak to three games as they travel home in a River Valley South Conference match up against Wilton.
The Lady Hawks are 6-4 so far this season and our averaging 44.4 points per game. The defense has stepped up the past two games only giving up 40 and 42 points. Mid-Prairie has gotten great play from senior Taylor Kurtz the past two games with performances of 10 points seven rebounds, and 13 points and seven rebounds. Wilton is still looking for their first win of the season. On offense their average is just 36.7 points and they are giving 57.5 points a game. Senior Grace Austin leads the team in scoring with 16 points per game and is 30 percent from behind the three point line.
