The Mid-Prairie wrestling team had a triangular meet at West Branch last night. Participating teams were West Branch and West Liberty. Mid-Prairie would split in the meet beating West Branch 48-24, and losing to West Liberty 42-36.

Mid-Prairie was helped with only a half filled roster by West Branch which led to seven total forfeits and 42 points.

Against West Liberty the Golden Hawks dominated the light weight classes, getting 24 points between weight classes 106 and 126. The Comets would dominate the middle of the weight classes getting 30 straight points.

Mid-Prairie is now 8-4 in duals and will participate in an invitational tomorrow at Clear Creek Amana.
