Tonight the Washington City Council will discuss and consider a resolution to adopt strategic priorities for 2015 and 2016. Some of the priorities listed for tonight’s consideration include completing the downtown revitalization project in the next four years and developing a program to maintain the streetscape features. Also up for consideration is developing a communications strategy with the public, a hotel/motel tax referendum, removing the one-way designation on Sitler Drive, and LED conversion for traffic signals in the city.

Also on tonight’s agenda, is consideration of a proposal to televise the egg sewer, which dates back approximately a century. The council meets tonight at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
