The WACO School Board will likely make a decision on how to proceed with their superintendent search in February. At their December meeting, the board expressed interest in having a superintendent that could focus their energy on WACO in a part-time role or in a full-time position that includes other duties like that of the high school principal.

According to School Board President Tim Graber, at their meeting Monday, the board heard a presentation from a search firm that could help them find a candidate. No action was taken.

Graber says the board will consider making a decision on how to move forward at their February meeting.
