KCII Radio is gearing up for another round of the Home Shopping Extravaganza, which will start next week. General Manager Joe Nichols explains it is a chance for listeners to purchase items and gift certificates to area businesses at a discounted price and discounts will start at 30 percent off. For example, a gift certificate worth $10 will be sold for $7. Nichols says discounts increase as time passes.

Some of the items available for purchase include tickets to baseball games or zoos, cabin rentals, hotel stays, restaurant gift certificates, and oil changes. The event will run from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on February 24th, 25th and 26th next week.
