The Iowa Mennonite School girls’ basketball team (5-17) is looking for another upset and postseason victory as they head to Keota High School to take on the WACO Warriors (15-7).

IMS is hoping the third time is a charm, as they are 0-2 against the Warriors this season losing with scores of 57-41, and 35-19. Iowa Mennonite School is coming off of a win in the first round of postseason play against Keota at Keota last Thursday night 38-29. IMS had a big night from senior Riley Schiemder, who had 17 points and six rebounds.

WACO is 7-1 in their last eight games, including a first round victory at home on Thursday night against Tri-County 59-27. Three Warrior players had double figures in the win. Senior Aaliyah Brown had 19 points to finish out the game. Seniors Erika Leichty 13 points and eight rebounds, and Gaby Wagler had 12 points, seven rebounds and five steals.
