The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls’ basketball team (12-6) will look to bounce back after a loss to Iowa City Regina (47-42) as they take on non-conference opponent the Monticello Panthers (14-6) tonight.
Mid-Prairie comes into this match up averaging 46.7 points per game. Each time the Lady Hawks have scored 46 points or more they have won, and they look to do so tonight.
Mid-Prairie has seen a lot of production from the their bench players the past few games. Against Northeast Goose Lake last Friday the bench scored 28 of the 57 points in the game. Against Iowa City Regina the bench outscored the starters scoring 23 out of the total 42 points of the game.
