Funeral services for 47-year-old Steve Slaubaugh of Wellman will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, February 9th at the Parkside Activity Center in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday, February 8th at the Parkside Activity Center in Wellman. A memorial fund has been established for Ryan, Emma, and Aaron Slaubaugh’s education fund. The Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is in charge of arrangements.
