Efforts are underway to organize a four-day event in Washington in June. Dani Kane with the Washington Chamber of Commerce explains the Summer Classic is a spin off of last year’s 175th celebration. The four-day event includes Agriculture Day, Heritage Day, Ridiculous Day and church and picnic in the park. Kane adds Washington’s Ridiculous Day is the longest running in the state.

The event will be held June 4th through the 7th in downtown Washington. For more information click here.
