An embargo, which limits vehicles on a road to less than five gross tons, has been placed on 210th Street from Fir Avenue to Ginkgo, or W38, in Washington County. County Engineer Jacob Thorius states there have been issues with the spring thaw. He adds a special permit may be issued from his office to allow vehicles in excess of five gross tons to operate on these roads. Those who do not have a permit and operate a vehicle over the limit on an embargoed road will be at risk of being fined.
