Funeral service for 96-year-old Bernice Allar of Sigourney will be held at 10:30 am. Wednesday, April 8th at Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney. Burial will be at Sixteen Cemetery near Thornburg. Visitation is being held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 7th at the funeral home.   A memorial fund has been established for the Keokuk County Health Center or Sigourney United Methodist Church.  Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Sigourney is handling the arrangements.
