On a rainy night at Columbus the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks boys’ soccer team (1-4) competed against the Columbus Wildcats (3-3) last night. The game went into overtime with the score 2-2 and Columbus would win on penalty kicks 5-4.

Senior Jordan Ulin once again stepped up for the Golden Hawks scoring both goals for his team.

Columbus had two goals from sophomore Ruben Duz and got individual goals from senior Zack King, Adrian Santos, and freshman Kevin Rodriquez.

The Golden Hawks will next play at home on Monday as they take on the Highland Huskies (4-2). Columbus next play on Tuesday as they travel to play Holy Trinity Catholic (6-2).
