An annual fundraiser for the Washington Community Schools’ physical education programs is being held tomorrow. The seventh annual Demon Dash will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. and funds raised will go to the schools, as well as the YMCA’s youth programs. Teri Hartzler explains the Demon Dash has raised $45,000 over the last six years.

Participants will have the option of a one mile or four mile course and Hartzler says people are welcome to walk with their strollers or dogs during the event. There will be childcare with a free-will donation provided by the high school’s art club. Also, registration will cover breakfast made by the Parent Teacher Organization.

Hartzler adds there is a costume contest for participants and after the run an Easter egg hunt will be held for children.
