The number 10 ranked Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks (0-2) went to Iowa City yesterday to take on the number one ranked Iowa City Regina Regals (1-0). It was all Regals in this game as they came away with the victory, 8-0.

Regina scored four goals in the first half and four more in the second half. Mid-Prairie’s senior Jordan Ulin had two shots on goal. The Golden Hawks fall to 0-2 and will look to bounce back as they host the Washington Demons in their season opener. The game will take place tonight at 6 p.m., right after the girls’ game, at the Wellman Recreation Complex.
