Celebration of Life services for 74 year old Joan Elaine Kerr of Washington, will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 21st, 2015, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home with Tom Bell officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am Tuesday, April 21st, 2015, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 9:30am until 11:00am.
