Early Sunday morning, authorities were responding to a two-vehicle accident on Highway 92, when a third vehicle hit a patrol car and rolled onto its top. At approximately 2:01 a.m. the two-vehicle accident was reported on Highway 92, west of Redwood Avenue. One subject was transported to Washington County Hospital and Clinics from the crash by ambulance.

Authorities arrested both drivers. Thirty-four-year-old Casey Hagans of Olds was arrested for operating while intoxicated and 23-year-old Kerin Guardado was arrested for operating while intoxicated, failure to maintain control and no insurance.

At 3:03 a.m. an officer reported that a vehicle struck his patrol car and it rolled onto its top. No responders were injured but two people were trapped. One subject was transported to WCHC by ambulance and a second subject was taken to WCHC by an officer after refusing transport by ambulance.

Twenty-five-year-old Felipe Godinez was arrested for operating while intoxicated second offense, possession of contraband, unsafe approach to a stationary vehicle, open container, failure to maintain control, no insurance, wreckless driving and no drivers license.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Washington Rescue, Ainsworth QRS, Washington County Ambulance, and Washington Police Department responded to the scene.
