The Iowa Mennonite School boys’ golf team fell yesterday at to High Point Golf Course in Iowa City in a Southeast Iowa Super Conference dual against the Lone Tree Lions.

IMS lost in the dual with 236 strokes to Lone Tree’s 192. Roman Slabach had his best performance of the year scoring a 41 in nine holes. Rounding out the scoring was Mark Ecklor with 52, Caleb Yoder with 54, and Palmer Thomas at 89.

Lone Tree was led by Ethan Bate with 47 strokes.

IMS will host an invitational Tuesday at the Kalona Golf Club. Lone Tree is back on the green tomorrow at the South Tama tournament.
