A couple of teachers in the Mid-Prairie School District are starting their retirement. Marilyn Yoder and David Goll were honored at an informal event at the school board’s last meeting.

According to Superintendent Mark Schneider, Yoder served the district for 38 years, most recently as a Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher at Washington Township Elementary.

He shares Goll, who worked for the district for 14 years, was an industrial arts teacher at Mid-Prairie High School.
