The Kalona Library Board of Trustees has some new faces.With Lori TeBockhorst and Shirley Harland choosing not to be reappointed after their six year terms expired, the city was tasked with finding individuals to fill the vacancies. City Administrator Ryan Schlabaugh says Bill Spencer and Teresa Fleming have been appointed to the board.  Fleming lives outside of the city, so she’ll replace Harland as the county representative. Schlabaugh adds library staff reports to the board which then keeps the city council informed on the library’s operations.
